The Walney Road Homeowners Association will convene its Annual Meeting in-person on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at 7:00 pm at the Sully District Police Station in the Community Room, located at 4900 Stonecroft Blvd., Chantilly, Virginia, 20151.

Online voting for 2 HOA Director position will be conducted via Election Buddy from July 31, 2023 through August 21, 2023. A quorum of 40 homes voting (25%) is required in our bylaws to conduct business.

The two new Directors will serve three-year terms beginning September 1, 2023 through August 30, 2026.
